Laura // Owner
Hi, I'm Laura.
I'm the owner of Blush and I also run the makeup studio and piercing parlour here in the studios.
I started my career in HR and retrained over 5 years ago to follow my passion for makeup. I'm very proud to have developed my own range of makeup brushes used by celebrity makeup artists and sold nationwide.
When I'm not in the makeup studio, I also work in Blush specialising in bridal hair styling.
Lucy // Salon Manager & Artistic Director
I’m Lucy, and I’m the manager at Blush.
With 25 years of experience in hairdressing, I’ve had the privilege of working in some fantastic salons and training to Level 3 in both hairdressing and barbering. Over the years, I’ve completed numerous creative and advanced courses in colour and cutting, which we also strive to bring into our salon training.
My main passion lies in colour and hair and scalp health. I love crafting custom colours for my clients, from bold, creative shades to soft, natural balayage.
At Blush, my goal is to combine my experience and knowledge to create a relaxed, bespoke service. I want every client to leave feeling confident after enjoying a high-quality, warm, and friendly experience.
Naomi // Artistic Director
I'm Naomi, I’ve been in the hair industry for 16 years. I’ve been lucky enough to work in some of the best salons around the UK and have a master colour degree and Sassoon training.
I love everything to do with hair from pixie cuts to extensions, shaggy textured looks to creating depth, dimension and vibrancy with colour.
The ever-changing trends in hair and fashion keep me constantly updating my skills and techniques.
I think Blush is the perfect place to call a hair home because they offer everything imaginable to leave you feeling your absolute best.
Abbie // Creative Stylist
I’m Abbie, I'm a Creative Stylist at Blush.
I started hairdressing at 16 and my love for the job has grown every year since. I pride myself on being inclusive and kind to every person that sits in my chair.
My passion for hair comes from the love I have of making people happy and feeling like the best versions of themselves. I specialise in all things blonde, bouncy and beautiful, and am always up for something new!
Paula // Creative Stylist
Hi, I'm Paula.
I've been a qualified hairdresser for 17 years, and have also qualified in nano hair extensions.
I have always lived in Market Harborough and worked in numerous salons around the town, including my home salon.
I love my job and making people feel good about themselves. I've enjoyed working for myself but I am really loving working at Blush, and being part of a team again.
Jess // Creative Stylist
Hey I’m Jessica, I’m a Creative Stylist at Blush.
I have been hairdressing for over 10 years. My colour knowledge and precision is what I excel in. Not only do I love colouring hair, my favourite part is the finish. If you want to keep it natural or big bouncy - I can do it all.
I specialise in neuro diverse clients. I don’t want you to just feel like you’ve had your hair done. I want you to feel listened to, heard and your hair goals understood.
I always struggled at school, but my artistic side shows in my hair. You’ve got a vision I’m going to try my hardest to deliver. I'll recommend the right amount of time in between appointments and the right products to use to keep your hair looking and feeling healthy.
Abigail // Creative Stylist
I’m Abigail and I’ve been hairdressing for 15 years, I started doing evening and Saturday work after school and then when I was 16, I began my apprenticeship in a busy high end salon.
Over the years I have worked in a couple of very busy salons and I have been on many courses and gained experience in all aspects of hairdressing, I have also worked with a variety of brands and built up knowledge in hair health.
I absolutely love to colour hair, from crazy, bold colour changes to natural looking sun kissed blondes. I also love to get creative with my cutting and give my clients the perfect style suited to them, whether it be short or long hair.
I am also a curly hair specialist and can help you to enhance your natural curls or waves by advising the best cutting techniques personalised to meet your hair goals.
